Green Bay, Wisconsin
From the spreadsheet to the fairway.
Guide4Good Wisconsin is a storytelling and media company built on one belief — that the right story, told well, can change how people see the world around them.

My name is Ryan. For most of my career I worked in corporate accounting and tax — spreadsheets, compliance, numbers. Good work, but not mine. Somewhere along the way a camera changed that.
But if I'm honest, the real shift started long before the camera. Growing up, I watched my mom and dad show up for people — consistently, quietly, without needing recognition. The fulfillment they got from helping others wasn't something they talked about. It was just who they were. That stayed with me.
When I finally stopped and asked myself what I was actually good at and what I wanted those gifts to be for — the answer became Guide4Good. A media company grounded in community, built to film the people and places in Northeast Wisconsin that deserve to be remembered. Use your guide — your talent, your platform, your work — for good.
What started as a side project grew into something I couldn't ignore. I learned to shoot, learned to edit, got my FAA Part 107 certification, and built the skills to tell stories the way I'd always wanted to. The name means exactly what it says.
Why golf
Golf has been part of my life for a long time. I've played the Brown County Amateur for over 15 years — I know this course, I know these players, and I know what the tournament means to the people who show up every summer. When I decided to put the clubs down and pick up a camera for the 2026 event, it wasn't a business decision. It was personal.
Brown County Golf Course is one of the best municipal courses in the country and the Brown County Amateur is one of the best amateur tournaments in Wisconsin. Neither of them had ever been properly documented. That felt wrong — and fixable.
What we do
Guide4Good Wisconsin covers events, nonprofits, golf, and aerial work across Wisconsin and the upper Midwest. Every project starts with the same question: what is the story that needs to be told, and who needs to hear it?
We're not a large production company. We're a small, focused team that shows up prepared, works hard, and cares about the finished product as much as the people we're filming.
